Information Gathering
& Initial Drawings

Information gathering is when we collect all specifics needed to define of the scope of work. We know the construction process can be overwhelming and unfamiliar for new home and business owners. Our experience & expertise can help iron out the details to ensure nothing gets missed. Once we have the necessary information required for the project, we can begin the process of creating & designing the initial drawings.

Step 3

Review &
Confirmation of Project

We will make any necessary changes to the design and scope of work as we work through the planning process together. Once all plans are reviewed & approved by the client, we can come to an agreement on the finalized quote & gather all project related documents.

Step 4


While the local building department is reviewing the permit application, Ti’s team continues to refine the drawings, turning the permit documents into construction plans. This allows us to submit for permit sooner & make use of what might otherwise be idle time while the project is in review. We use this time to further develop the details that building departments typically are not concerned with. These items involve architectural detailing, specifications, materials, finishes, colours, etc.

Commencement of

Once we have all necessary permits to get your project completed, we will start building your new home or commercial space. Ti Developments understands the importance of communication throughout the build process & will answer any questions you may have along the way.
